1.) Company Secretary

Job Purpose:
The Company Secretary will be responsible for all the organization’s secretarial, legal and governance matters within the Obijackson Group ,and act as a point of communication between the Board of Directors, the Company and the Shareholders .
Key Result Areas Main Activities and Responsibilities
Company Meetings Management and Due Diligence
•Summon meetings at the instance of the Board of Directors by issuing notices to all those who are entitled to receive them.
•Preparation of the agenda in consultation with the Chairman, providing the particulars for, or preparing the outline of any speech to be delivered by the Chairman.
•Gathering all reports, documents and correspondence, which are likely to be needed at the meeting and arranging them in order of business in conformity with the agenda.
•Taking notes, recording all vital points and instructions decided in the meeting, and rendering assistance /advice to the Chairman when necessary.
•Sending copies of the minutes to appropiate persons.
Compliance
•Advise the company on complying with the applicable rules and regulations.
•Maintain the registers and other statutory records.
•Render proper returns and give notifications required to be given to the Corporate Affairs Commission
•File all necessary returns, such as special resolutions, annual list, and return of allotments.
•Compile and file all statutory returns with the Corporate Affairs Commission
Administration
•Act as a bridge between the board and the shareholders.
•Act as an intermediary between the company and the public
Records Keeping
•Ensures the proper custody of the statutory and other books of the company, such as register of charges and account books, register and index of members, register of Directors and Secretaries.
Requirement :
Paper Qualification:
BL , Minimum of 2.2 in Law, ICSAN professional qualification will be an added advantage.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 to 10 years post call in a similar role

2.) Aviation Manager

Job Purpose:
To plan, direct, and coordinate all aviation activities within the Organization, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and Company Policy on HSE.
Key Result Areas Main Activities and Responsibilities
Aircraft Records:
Maintaining aircraft maintenance records, keeping current with inspection schedules , safety requirement on aircraft and ensuring compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)
Management
Manages the maintenance staff and other aircraft employees, provide schedules and administer business operations
Due Diligence
Keeps current on policies, standards, procedures and laws regulating aviation.
Flight Scheduling
Scheduling maintenance and repairs of aircraft and ensuring piloting crew prepare for flights as efficiently as possible
Leasing
Directs the scheduling of the aircraft and leasing of aircraft from contractors as required.
Budget Planning
Prepares budgets, maintains budgetary controls, and determines purchase of supplies, materials, etc.
Requirement :
Paper Qualification:
•Minimum of 2.2 in any Bsc or B.Eng with speciallty in Aviation
•Pilot license and completion of flying time(is an added advantage)

3.) SAP Implementation Manager

Job Purpose:
The manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating the roll out and implementation of SAP and ensure that the project is completed on time, within the budget and to the satisfaction of end users.
Key Result Areas Main Activities and Responsibilities
Planning
•Defines the objectives of the implementation.
•Creates the project plan, defines the strategic implications of the project and determines the requirement to achieve a successful implementation.
Implementation
•Oversees projects effectively through all stages from planning, designing, realization and go-live support.
•Participates in the establishment of technical direction required with the IT team to ensure a glitch free working environment.
•Responsible for the development, budgeting and management of support requirements for user items such as software, equipment maintenance and outsourcing agreements.
•Coordinate software system installation and monitor functioning to ensure specifications are met.
•Directs the delivery of process transformation, technology initiative and change management within the business.
•Ensures the configurations for each module representing the business area are complete.
•Monitors the project activities of the vendors to ensure is in line with the project plan.
•Checks the log sheet containing specific tasks naija jobs of project team members and addresses complicated issue.
Go Live
•Create plans for user training and acceptance
•Create communication plan as necessary to guide roll out
Reporting
•Reports back progress of implementation to management on a weekly basis
•Any other duties as necessary to ensure successful rollout and user acceptance
Requirement :
Paper Qualification:
•Minimum of B. Sc/Eng. in Computer Science or Computer Engineering •SAP Certifications
Experience:
6+ years experience in a similar role
Must Have (apart from the above):
•Full Knowledge of SAP – hands on installation and maintenance
•Good project management skills
•Strong knowledge of system and software quality assurance , best practice and methodologies
•Strong customer service
•Excellent communication skills
•Self motivated with keen attention to details
