Qualification Must be a Graduate Mechanical Engineering with at least 12+ years experience as QA/QC Engineer
Experience 12+ years exp in oil gas projects in the areas of Quality System Implementation, Design verification, supervising the construction activities, Inspection, Testing & Surveillance for EPC project. Conceptual design, detailed design review, submarine pipelines, risers, on shore pipelines, Welding, NDT, Joint coating, Painting, concrete weight coating, anode installation, cp system. Holiday testing, pressure testing, inspection of the same as per the approved procedures with ANSI B31.3, B31.4, B31.8, ASME SEC II, SEC V, SECVIII, SEC IX, API 1104. Conversant with NACE, ASME, API, ASTM, ANSI, NORSOK, DNV and BS codes. QC surveillance to monitor and record pre-commissioning activities inclusive of management of team of quality control inspectors for construction supervision, Project control measures & verification by QC engineers. Experience in developing /reviewing /checking Project Quality Manual, Project Quality Plan, Inspection and Testing Plan (ITP), Welding Procedure Specification/ PQR, Vendor/Subcontractor Selection and Inspection, Material/Equipment Selection, Database/Traceability System and all QA/QC reporting and documentation,
Additional Requirements Must have Certification as ISO 9001 QMS Auditor. Must also have being in PMC QA/QC Engineer position before which would demand good knowledge and experience in QMS establishment & auditing.

Qualification Must be a Graduate in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with at least 12+ years experience as HSE Engineer – Process Safety (preferable).
Experience Must have experience in Formal Safety Assessment studies by specialist safety engineering consultants, review of HSE and Loss Prevention engineering design documents from FEED/ EPC contractors and Third Party Consultants, coordinate with IVB and TPA on design verification, participate in project task force meetings and risk workshops, involved in SOW/ Technical bid evaluation, interaction with FEED/EPC contractors to ensure timely deliverables and compliance to codes and standards and HSE Philosophy requirements.
Other Requirements Must be familiar and experienced with technical risk management techniques such as Hazard Identification (HAZID), Hazard and Operability (HAZOP) of continuous process, Quantitative and Qualitative Risk Assessments (QRA’s), Safety Integrity Level (SIL), Fire Risk Assessments & Fire Protection and over all HSE Design and Engineering.
